Refund & Return Policy

New items can be returned if unopened within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (only if sealed).

In the eventuality of an incorrect order or defective item (e.g.: perfume sealed received broken) we will also bear the return shipping costs.
Refunds shall be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Reception of refund should be expected within 4 weeks:

• Package to be received by the shipment company and delivered to Head office (5 to 10 business days)
• HO to process the refund (3 to 5 business days)

Customers’ bank processing delay (5 to 10 business days).
